Where can I pick up my shipment?

If you specified "Pickup at LFP UK campus" in your order, you can pick up your shipment at the following address:

You will be notified by email from pr@lfp.cuni.cz when your shipment is ready for pickup.

My shipment still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If more than 4 business days have passed, please contact pr@lfp.cuni.cz and send us your order number or the name under which the order was placed. We will request the tracking number from the Czech Post. Usually, the Czech Post stores shipments at the branch closest to your place of residence if the delivery personnel are unable to reach you. Unfortunately, they do not inform the recipient about this.

I did not receive an email with payment details

Check your junk mail and spam folders. You can pay for your order manually using the details below:
